Refund and Cancellation Policy for Eden Beauty Bar

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services and products purchased from Eden Beauty Bar.

Services Refund Policy

All services provided by Eden Beauty Bar are non-refundable. However, if a client is not satisfied with their service, they may contact us within 24 hours of their appointment to discuss their concerns. We will work with the client to determine a satisfactory resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice without incurring a penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than the required notice may result in the client being charged a fee or losing their deposit, as determined by Eden Beauty Bar.

Repeated cancellations or not showing up for appointments may result in the client being required to pre-pay for services or being denied future appointments.

If Eden Beauty Bar needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Product Refund Policy

All sales of products, including skincare, makeup, and gift cards, are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturer defect or if the product is unopened and unused.

If a product purchased from Eden Beauty Bar has a manufacturer defect, the client may return it within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund. The client must provide proof of purchase and the defective product.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If the refund is for a product purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

By purchasing services or products from Eden Beauty Bar, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. Eden Beauty Bar reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to this policy by email or by posting the updated policy on our website.
